홍수로 논 18만 핵타 파괴

짠 싸룬 농업부 장관은 지난 8월 초부터 시작된 메콩강 홍수로 인해 최소 18만 헥타의 농지가 파괴됐다고 밝혔다. 그는 전체 논지 240만 헥타 중 18만 헥타가 홍수로 인해 파괴되었지만 식량 안정과 쌀 수출 정책에는 영향을 끼치지 않을 것이라고 말했다. 그는 홍수가 사그라지는 즉시, 농민들에게 벼 종자를 배포할 것이라고 말했다. 짠 싸룬 장관은 피해 농민들에게 피해 작물을 재 재배할 수 있도록 배포용 종자 3,450톤을 확보해 두었다고 말했다.
 
캄보디아는 지난 8월 13일부터 시작된 홍수로 인해 19개 주요 도시 주가 잠기는 등 피해가 컸다. 지난 12일 께오 위 국립재해관리위원회 대변인은 현재까지 약 207명이 사망했다고 말하며 시엠립에서는 배가 전복돼 6명이 사망한 사건도 발생했다고 말했다. 홍수로 인해 600여 채의 가구가 쓸려갔고 집 196,600채, 학교 1,132개소, 불교사원 400개가 물에 잠겼다. 게다가 국도 180km가 물에 잠기고 비포장 도로 1,800km가 홍수로 인해 차단됐다. / 신화통신

    Most people believe that you need traffic to profit online…
    And for the most part, they’re right!
    Fact is.. 99.99% of methods require you to have traffic.
    And that in itself is the problem..
    Because frankly, getting traffic is a pain in the rear!
    Don’t you agree?
    That’s why I was excited when a good friend told me that he was profiting, but with ZERO traffic.
    I didn’t believe him at first…
